Dr. Marinos Vasilas is a specialised surgical urologist and andrologist based in Rhodes and Athens. Holder of an MD degree and PhD candidate (PhDc), he has extensive clinical and surgical experience, following the guidelines of the European Association of Urology (EAU). He specialises in Robotic Surgery and 3D-4K Laparoscopic Surgery, treating prostate, kidney and bladder malignancies with precision. He applies modern techniques for urolithiasis treatment (High Power endoscopic lithotripsy, mini PCNL), as well as advanced methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia (HoLEP, TURiS, Rezūm, Aquablation). In the field of andrology, he treats erectile dysfunction, male infertility and premature ejaculation with a personalised approach. He collaborates with Lefkos Stavros Clinic (Athens) and General Clinic of Rhodes (Euromedica), ensuring access to state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment.

Since 2020, Director of Medical Services at PGNP. Honorary Professor at the Universities of Leipzig (Germany), Vienna (Austria) and Sechenov (Moscow). Former Chair of the European Section of Uro-Technology (ESUT, 2016–2020). Internationally renowned for his research in laparoscopy and endourology, with 290+ publications in international journals. Awarded the 'Arthur Smith Endourology Lectureship' (2009) and the 'Academic Endourology Fellowship Program Director' award (2016). Research interests: urolithiasis, prostatic hyperplasia, prostate/kidney/bladder cancer.

Member of the European Board of Urology (FEBU) and active member of the Laboratory of Endourology Research at the University of Patras. PhD from the University of Patras and MSc in Pharmacology and Toxicology. Trained at the Medical School of the University of Crete and specialized under Prof. E. Liatsikos. Completed fellowships in laparoscopic and robotic urology at the University of Leipzig (Germany) and in endourology certified by the Endourological Society. Author of 75+ scientific publications, regular EAU instructor, and contributor to EAU guidelines (Male LUTS, Lasers in Urology, Robotic Surgery).

Associate Professor of Urology at the University Hospital of Patras (since 2022). FEBU (Fellow of European Boards of Urology). Completed medical studies and urology specialty at the University of Patras. PhD on ureteral stricture management with drug-eluting stents. Trained in laparoscopic and robotic surgery at the University of Leipzig (Germany), with emphasis on oncological and reconstructive surgery. Certified by the Endourological Society. Chair of the Laparoscopy and Focal Therapy Section of the European Section of Endourology. Board member of the Hellenic Urological Association and training supervisor at the European School of Urology. Author of 280+ articles in international journals and 40+ book chapters. 10 awards at international congresses. Head urologist of the Transplant Unit at PGNP.

Nikolaos Nassios is a Urologic Surgeon and a member of the RhodosUrology team, with clinical interest in the diagnosis and modern treatment of conditions affecting the urinary system. As part of the team, he contributes to the comprehensive assessment of urological patients and to the planning of the most appropriate treatment strategy according to the diagnosis and the individual needs of each case. He is involved in the management of general urological conditions and in the surgical treatment of urological diseases, with emphasis on modern, evidence-based and personalised patient care.
